Warranty

All new industrial sewing machines come with a 12-month warranty as standard. Warranty does not include standard consumable spare parts such as bobbins, bobbin cases, feed dogs, hook & base, needles, needle plate, presser feet, etc. Any new equipment which may become faulty can be repaired free of charge but has to be returned at the customers expense to our Head Office in Wrexham, North Wales. If the customer cannot return the machine to our head office, then we have to charge travel time and mileage. However the repair is free of charge (excluding parts needed). All warranty is void if a third party engineer has tampered or been called in to look at the machine.

Product Information

The Juki DLN-9010A series contains various subclasses of 1-needle lockstitch machine. Machines are supplied fully assembled, complete with British RU/C wheeled stand, manufacturer grade tabletop, drawer & extras. Before dispatch, everything is tested and signed off by one of our technicians so you can be sewing within minutes!

The Juki DLN-9010A series consists of user-friendly lockstitch machines which use a needle-feed mechanism to avoid ply-shifting when sewing fabrics such as denim, or slippery materials such as lycra. They are equipped with a direct-drive motor, with the energy efficient servo motor being directly connected to the main shaft. Features such as the automatic thread trimming, backtack, and foot lift all improve efficiency and productivity compared to standard machines. There are different subclasses available within this series, each with unique features.   • 1 needle, needle feed lockstitch sewing system
  • Semi-long arm design, with a wider area of 300mm under the arm for easy material handling
  • Needle feed mechanism for efficient material feeding and neat, accurate stitches without cloth slipping
  • In-built bobbin thread winder with inbuilt thread cutting knife ensures easy replacement of the bobbin thread
  • Micro-lifter to consistently float the presser foot above difficult to sew materials such as elastic easily without slippage and with reduced risk of damage
  • Automatic reverse feed function with pushbutton switch which can be repositioned to best match the operator
  • Lubricating hole located on the arm allows operators to oil the machine without lifting the head
  • Part of Juki’s Eco Products range, and complies with their green policies
  • Suitable for light-medium weight/heavy weight materials dependent upon the subclass
  • Precise automatic thread trimmer to increase productivity and reduce operator fatigue
