Actually found the same product slightly cheaper elsewhere but decided to go with AE sewing machines. And the service has been exceptional. Had an issue (my own fault) and the technical support was incredible. Machine arrived ready to go. Excellent quality components, solid work table and the machine is super quiet. Came fitted with a direct drive motor which I didn’t expect either so a bonus. Brilliant company.

"Incredible customer service"

We received great service from AE Sewing Rhys in particular who was very friendly professional and very knowledgeable. He talked us through setting up our new sewing machine and even drove to us in Bournemouth to help us rectify a minor issue in person. Couldn’t have asked for more. We are happy with our purchase and the service we received and would have no hesitation using AE sewing again in the future. In fact we have ordered a new foam cutter and are considering sourcing a new embroidery machine from them as well. Thank you again. 5 star!

Rhys is a hero

We recently bought a machine from AE sewing and ran into trouble with it (stupid user error!) Due to our workshop being hundreds of miles away, Rhys from AE sewing guided us by phone step by step on how to resolve it. He was amazingly patient and saved us a lot of heartache trying to get an engineer out to us. Can't thank him enough, or recommend AE sewing's brilliant customer service highly enough. On a side note, the machine itself is amazing too!
