Return & Refund Policy

If the Buyer wishes to return any goods purchased from the Seller, we will issue a refund provided the items are in fully resalable condition. This right to return does not apply to goods specifically manufactured or specially ordered for the Buyer.

Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt and returned in original, undamaged packaging.
Condition: If the goods are not returned in fully resalable condition or are returned after the 14-day period, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the refund or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price as a restocking fee.
Processing: Refunds or account credits will only be issued once the Seller has received the goods and verified they meet the return conditions. A copy of the invoice or receipt must accompany all returned goods. Refunds cannot be processed without proof of purchase.
Delivery Charges: Non-refundable unless the goods were sent in error by the Seller.
