The Advance ASA-EType/210C Eco Conveyor is a compact, automated sewing system
designed exclusively for attaching SEG/Keder. Ideal for smaller manufacturing facilities with limited space, it offers a streamlined alternative to our flagship VType model while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and ease of use. Equipped with user-friendly features such as a fabric detection sensor and automatic thread trimmer, it allows
operators to achieve precision results without prior machine operating experience. This ensures both new and existing factory staff can adapt quickly with minimal training,
increasing productivity from day one.
Advance ASA-EType/210C Features
- Integrated Juki DLN-9010AS 1-needle, needle-feed lockstitch sewing machine
- Fully synchronised, blue silicone conveyor transport belt (2m x 1m)
- Integrated keder/SEG cutter (for perfect mitred corners)
- New HMI touch-screen interface (programmed in-house)
- Automatic run with pause facility, console or pedal operated
- Fabric detection sensor
- Automatic thread trimmer, auto foot lift, auto backtack
