Warranty

All new industrial sewing machines come with a 12-month warranty as standard. Warranty does not include standard consumable spare parts such as bobbins, bobbin cases, feed dogs, hook & base, needles, needle plate, presser feet, etc. Any new equipment which may become faulty can be repaired free of charge but has to be returned at the customers expense to our Head Office in Wrexham, North Wales. If the customer cannot return the machine to our head office, then we have to charge travel time and mileage. However the repair is free of charge (excluding parts needed). All warranty is void if a third party engineer has tampered or been called in to look at the machine.

Product Information

The Brother RH-9820-00 is an electronic chainstitch eyelet buttonhole machine. It is supplied fully assembled, complete with British RU/C wheeled stand, manufacturer grade tabletop, drawer & extras. Before dispatch, everything is tested and signed off by one of our technicians so you can be sewing within minutes!

The Brother RH-9820-00 is ideal for use on ladieswear. It has one of the highest maximum sewing speeds on the market at 2,500spm and is optimised for use at these speeds, resulting in a 13% reduction of sewing time when compared to a conventional model. The user-friendly LCD operational panel has clear icons and is intuitive to use, enabling the operator to store and change frequently used settings. This machine also has the advantage of an arm shape which is designed to give a good view of the needle area, which is particularly useful for sewing vertical buttonholes and hip pocket parts.
