For as long as we can remember, we’ve absorbed the rising costs from our suppliers and logistics partners to keep our pricing stable and competitive. However, with new policies coming into effect this April 2025 and ongoing raw material cost increases, it is no longer sustainable for us to maintain our current prices without compromising on quality or level of service - something we will never do.
We've brought many processes in-house, such as tabletop manufacturing, automation manufacturing, and distribution, to limit extortionate freight costs and other wild expenses. We've also increased our stock levels 10-fold, but in line with the government-imposed increases, we have to increase costs slightly.
From April 1st, 2025, we will implement a price increase across our services, products, and website. We appreciate that price increases are never welcome; however, we hope you understand the necessity of making this change to ensure the high standards of service are sustained. We endeavour to remain competitive on equipment and parts while maintaining the highest standard and QoS (Quality of Service) you will receive.
Regarding our servicing and repairs, if you have previously been on a reduced rate, we will no longer be able to honour this, and our standard hourly rate will increase to £75 + VAT per hour across the board. For more advanced equipment such as CNC cutting and Robotic Equipment, the price will remain at £95 + VAT per hour.
This decision has not been made lightly. Some of our valued customers will not have seen a price increase from us since late 2021 or early 2022; we've worked hard to keep the increases as minimal as possible.
