It’s hard to believe it’s December already! This blog is a bit of a long one, but it contains a lot of important information including Christmas shutdown dates and an exciting competition.

First of all, we’d like to thank you for your support throughout 2024. Every order, big or small, helps us to keep doing what we’re doing. We truly appreciate every one of our customers and look forward to working with you again next year!
Christmas opening hours
It's business as usual here until the 19th of December. Our office and workshop will be closing for Christmas at midday on Friday the 20th of December and will reopen at 8.30am on the 6th of January. It has been a very full-on year, so the team all agreed to use a few of our annual leave days at the same time to have a longer end-of-year break than usual!
Last order dates
Last orders for machines with pallet delivery will be sent out on Thursday 19th December.
Last orders for parts will be sent out on Friday 20th December, but we would recommend ordering by the 19th at the latest as our team will not be in the office to assist with any delivery issues after the 20th.
All orders placed over the closure period will be dealt with promptly when we return. This is typically a relatively quiet time in the industry as many factories are on Christmas shutdown, but if you require emergency breakdown assistance or have an urgent enquiry while the office is closed, please send an email in to the team.
Christmas cards and gifts
Continuing the tradition we started last year, in lieu of sending cards and gifts to customers this Christmas we will be making a charitable donation to Nightingale House Hospice. They are an amazing charity who provide specialist palliative care services for people with life-limiting illnesses. Donations from small businesses like ours can make a huge difference, especially at this time of year. Our team felt that this was the best way to embody the true spirit of the season and help those who need it most.
Christmas Machine Giveaway
Last, but by no means least, our 2024 Christmas machine giveaway! We've amped things up this year, and are giving away a Juki DDL-7000A-7 industrial lockstitch machine. Visit our social media pages for more information and your chance to win!
